DSC Continues Project on Apartment Building in Mason City

Known as the Vermilya Apartment Renovation Project by Foxtrot Properties, DSC crews started last summer by reroofing and revamping a historic Mason City building into apartment spaces to be livable once again for four (roughly 1,200 SF/each) new spaces for downtown living in Mason City.  Located above Simply Nourished, this building dates back to the 1850’s and will feature many unique characteristics such as reusing original doors, repurposing original lumber, and exposing the original limestone walls.
