Leveraging his 25 years of experience and with a deep understanding of the educational sector, Garry will enhance and develop our employees across all departments and levels. In this new role, Garry will be responsible for assessing company-wide developmental needs and driving training initiatives tailored to DSC’s objectives. He will identify and arrange effective training solutions, ensuring that every employee has the opportunity to grow and excel in their roles. His expertise in organizational development, business process mapping, and creative problem-solving supports achievement celebration and improvement initiatives.
