Joining the Clear Lake office this week as our new Workforce Planner is Chris Ring. Chris will be responsible for directing manpower needs to all jobsites as well as monitoring field employees to gain a better understanding of their talents and areas for improvements. Chris has a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice degree from Iowa State and previously worked as the station manager of FedEx in Mason City for fourteen years.
