Joining the Clear Lake office is Erica Simmer. Erica comes to us with 5 years of experience as a on-site representative at Cargill in Mason City via Doherty Staffing Solutions. Erica will be responsible for benefits administration and coordinating all pre-employment requirements to ensure references are checked, pre-employment drug testing and background verification is complete. In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and watching sports.
