The City of Mason City held a groundbreaking ceremony / construction kickoff on Monday, February 4, 2019, for the Multi-Purpose Arena that’s part of the River City Renaissance Project at Southbridge Mall. DSC was awarded Phase 1 of the arena project, which includes things like electrical and mechanical demolition, exterior wall and interior partition demolition, earthwork, and mass excavation. DSC crews are already on site.
