Atlas Mini-Warehouses will soon be offering climate controlled storage units for consumers starting in May.
DSC crews started in February demoing offices inside a 15,000 SF masonry building that has sat empty for several years next to NIACOG in Mason City. Over the next few months, crews will be installing 82 storage units as well as renovating the space to have a new office, 2 bathrooms, and an unloading space with an overhead canopy.
Storage units will range in size, with the smallest being 5’ x 5’ and the largest 10’ x 15’. All units will be accessible 24 hours/7 days a week. This will be the first time Atlas will offer climate controlled units.
