DSC broke ground on a new Fareway Store in October 2019 to be located in Byron, MN. The new 21,000 SF Fareway grocery will include a Spirits & More store. This comes after the city’s only grocery store ‘The Market Place’ closed last summer. The expected store completion is late this summer.
Andrew Snyder Receives Award at MBI Conference
This year at the Master Builders of Iowa Annual Winter Conference, our Director of Field Operation Andrew Snyder was presented with the Master Builder Achievement Award. In order to qualify, Andrew had to complete 150 credits with various education and training activities offered by MBI.

Natasha Marquis has joined the Clear Lake office as a Billing Specialist. She is a graduate of Newman Catholic High School in Mason City and is currently working an Accounting Degree from Upper Iowa University. Previously she worked at Iowa Mold and Tool in Garner as an accounting clerk and buyer.
