On Monday, May 7, a crowd gathered in a fenced off area of One Vision’s campus to watch key influencers in their redevelopment plan break ground on a $12 million project. One Vision (previously known as Opportunity Village) is re-purposing their main campus to include a new 48-unit senior-focused, independent living apartment complex named TimberCrest. With three different wings, the apartments will range in size from 778 SF to 1,325 SF in two and three bedroom layouts. Amenities include individual storage units, a washer and dryer in each unit, terraces for each unit, a whirlpool room, guest suite, and heated underground parking. Project is anticipated to be completed by the end of summer 2019.
