Project Description
Ashley Furniture opened in Mason City in November 2017. Previously a Kmart, Ashley Furniture bought the entire 250,000 SF space with plans to split the building into 4 spaces. As the largest furniture outlet in the world, Ashley Furniture & their HomeStore take up 37,000 SF. Harbor Freight Tools is leasing one of the spaces, and they are currently looking for other businesses to lease out the remaining space.
The interior was completely gutted while crews also renovated the store front façade. Included in the project was a 14’ x 40’ loading dock addition.
