Project Description
In 2006, Dancin’ with Roxie existed in only a small studio in Clear Lake. Demand lead her to buying a new building in 2015. However, it became quickly evident that she was out of space once again and had to turn students away. She turned to the design-build team at DSC & ATURA to help with a new 5,000 SF expansion on her current facility that now gives her a total of five studios.
The project included two new studios that can be combined into one national sized regulation studio, an expanded lobby, study zone, café, an expansion to an already existing studio, and a parking lot expansion.
