Project Description

DSC completed Fareway Stores new 42,000 SF corporate headquarters in Johnston, Iowa. This facility brings nearly 150 Fareway team members under one roof, providing a modern workspace designed to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Previously serving as the Iowa Bankers Association headquarters, the building underwent a complete transformation to meet Fareway’s needs. Our team rebuilt the space to accommodate more than seven departments, creating an environment that promotes innovation and supports Fareway’s continued growth. The extensive remodel included a cutting-edge boardroom with full connectivity, numerous updated office spaces, and the addition of the Fuel Station, a collaborative community hub where team members can gather to share ideas and build connections.
