Project Description
Dean Snyder Construction has completed several new Kwik Star convenience store/gas station locations as the Kwik Trip company continues to expand through Iowa and into South Dakota. Typical store sizes are 7,000-7,500 SF and often include a one or two-bay automatic car washes. Kwik Star construction projects are ran on a tight schedule of 18 weeks.
Aside from gas and typical snacks, the convenience store also offers fresh bakery goods, milk, eggs, produce, hot sandwiches, and a variety of coffee options. An extra feature in selected Kwik Star locations is a truck center with showers, a break area, and laundry amenities.
Since our first Kwik Star in Clear Lake in 2015, DSC has completed new and remodeled Kwik Stars of various sizes throughout Iowa, including around the Des Moines metro, Mason City, Story City, Emmetsburg, Le Mars, a second location in Clear Lake, Sheldon, Sibley, and six locations in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, area.
Kwik Star/Kwik Trip locations are known for their friendly service and quality products at a fair, low price. Based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin, Kwik Star/Kwik Trip has over 800 convenience stores throughout Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and South Dakota.
