Project Description

RAKA moved their northern Iowa location three miles west to Clear Lake where DSC crews erected a one-story 14,500 SF CECO pre-engineered metal building. About 5,600 SF of the new building is designated for offices, a conference room, a support staff area and a showroom and 9,000 SF used for service bays, parts storage, and a wash bay.

RAKA is an aerial and material handling lift solutions business, representing top brands of aerial work platforms, lift trucks and warehouse equipment. They currently have 14 locations in the Midwest.
