Shirley’s Bar & Grill

Project Description

DSC converted a former banking loan office into a new sports bar called Shirley’s. Dark Side of the Spoon Hospitality Group, which owns and operates some of Central Iowa’s most notable bars and restaurants, was behind the project.

The previous office consisted of glass office spaces that crews were able to salvage for use in another project before demolishing the space to begin the rebuild. The new space has glass windows to show their walk-in cooler and features a special “Porsche” green color throughout. DSC also built a patio area for outdoor dining.
