Project Description
Dean Snyder Construction helped One Vision (previously known as Opportunity Village) re-purpose their main campus to include a new 48-unit senior-focused, independent living apartment complex named TimberCrest. With three different wings, the apartments range in size from 778 SF to 1,325 SF in two and three bedroom layouts. Amenities include individual storage units, a washer and dryer in each unit, terraces for each unit, a whirlpool room, guest suite, and heated underground parking.
