Three new manufacturing facilities for Serta Mattress Company.
Clear Lake, Iowa Facility
Size: 150,000 SF
Grovetown Georgia Facility
Size: 250,000 SF
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Facility
Size: 110,000 SF

After the success of the ClearLake manufacturing facility, Serta Mattress Company chose Dean Snyder Construction (DSC) to build additional plants in Georgia and Oklahoma.
The three buildings have similar layouts, including office space and a large production and warehouse area. The facilities are built on cast-in-place concrete foundations and have insulated precast panels. Each factory has a structural steel bar joist roof structure with ballasted EPDM covering and the offices are steel stud walls with masonry exterior and structural steel roof systems.
