DSC crews in Omaha are working on a 40,000 SF renovation of an existing office/warehouse for Rion Equipment. The building was previously used by a fastener & supply company, and crews are renovating it to better meet Rion’s needs. The project includes new drywall, flooring, painting, carpentry, plumbing, doors, HVAC, overhead doors, a wash bay, and exterior improvements. Of the total space, 15,000 SF is dedicated to office space, with the upstairs office undergoing refreshment, and the main floor office being reconfigured, including relocating or removing some walls and installing new finishes. A new security fence around the perimeter of the property was also installed.
